Organic Certification Process

• Registration document preparation: The documents required for registration will be prepared by CIOAS as per the operation and client’s requirement.
• Registration to CB: The project will be registered to certification body for required standards.
• Preparation of CB application: The application forms along with the necessary documents to be submitted to the certification body will be prepared by CIOAS.
• Tracenet Entry: For production, farmer’s details and crop details will be entered on tracenet. For a processors and retailers, product details will be entered on tracenet.
• Audit document preparation: For external audit, all the required documents will be prepared by CIOAS.
• External audit arranging: Our consultant will arrange all the necessary documents and facilities for the external audit and will accompany the External auditor representing the client.
• Follow-ups of the external audit till Scope certificate issuance: Once the operation complies all the relevant Organic requirements the Scope certificate will be issued by the certification body.
• Annual Recertification: Every year the document review, external audit and certification will be repeated. We will help you to renew the projects by signing the contact with us every year.

Once the scope certificate received, we will be extending our services in Batch creation, Transaction, Certificate related works and for producers, stock closing related works.
